For over 29 years, CosMedical Technologies has been partnering with medical spas and skin care providers around the world to help grow their businesses and satisfy their customers with specially branded products. We believe in a true partnership with our clients, and we’re here to support you as you create and grow your private label brand.
In those 29 years, we’ve learned all there is to know about how to improve your product sales and customer loyalty. We’re here to help you and we’re happy to share our expertise, so we recently put together a video series with our proven marketing and branding strategies that will dramatically and quickly increase your sales and revenue. You can access the video series through the Resource Center.
We’ve compiled a few of our top recommendations, and how to implement them, in this article. We also always recommend contacting your account executive to develop a personalized plan for your business, or whenever you have any questions, no matter how big or small they are.
Getting Started
So you’ve decided to start your own private label skincare line — what’s next?
First and foremost, you’ll want to pick which products to sell. These should complement your services and the needs of your customers; for example, if your clients frequently struggle with acne, you should carry products to treat it. CosMedical offers a full line of products to meet any skin care need, and if you’re not sure which ones to pick, ask for your account executive’s advice!
You’ll also want to decide whether your private label brand will be the only brand sold at your business, or if you’ll want to carry major name brands as well. Whatever you choose, you’ll want to highlight your products with effective placement and display — our video guide will show you how to do this.
Knowledge, Enthusiasm and Promotion
Once you’ve picked your products, it’s a good idea to train your staff on what you’ll be offering. Your account executive will provide customized training for employees based on their roles; for example, your receptionist will benefit from a different training than your aesthetician. In our years of partnership, we’ve found that excellent training is one of the most essential factors for your brand’s success.
Besides formal training, we highly recommend providing your staff with your products and encouraging them to use them in their personal daily skincare routines. This will help your staff understand how each product works and feels, letting them provide detailed testimonies for your customers.
We’ve found that having an enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff will significantly improve your sales and effortlessly promote your products. Not only can they impart wisdom on how each product works and feels, and the ingredients it contains, but they can also help clients get excited about the products that you’re offering.
Your Journey Starts Now!
We’re thrilled to have you as our partner, and we’re excited for you and your clients to experience our luxury skincare products.
As you grow your brand and your business, we’re here to help guide and advise you at every step of the way. We hope you enjoy the video series, and please don’t hesitate to contact your account executive for additional help, strategy and planning on how we can help you meet your goals.
