This 43-year-old Fitzpatrick Type 3 female complained of a 10 year history of uneven pigment. Previous treatments included IPL, laser, Obagi Skin Transformation, Tretinoin and TriLuma, all with limited benefits. Patient developed an allergic reaction to hydroquinone with severe erythema.

On physical exam, patient had diffuse dyschromia with hyperpigmentation more marked on the lateral aspects of the face.

• Lessening in freckle pigmentation
